How do Prommpt Plans work?

Prommpt Plans let you create a Team-Plan. Whenever a Member joins your Team, the Fee for this Member on your Team is applied. The Prommpt Basic Plan is for Teams with up to 10 Members. Prommpt Pro Plans are specially created for larger organisations. When subscribing to a paid plan for a longer period than the default term of three months, you will receive rebates: For instance: Annual subscriptions save you up to 20%!

How does Team Collaboration work?

Anyone who’s part of a Team on Prommpt can also be part of a collaboration with another Team on the platform. This makes it easy for different Teams to share information on individual projects they collaborate on. When a Prommpt user is part of another Team, they can join in on your Project without costs on your end. In other words, every Prommpt user can collaborate across the entire Prommpt community.

You only pay for team members who are activated on your team.

You’re in control of your Team Plan, whenever a Member is added to a paid plan, the team plan is updated. Prommpt only charges for active memberships in your team. If Members leave, your plan gets updated. So you are only charged for active members of your team.

How am I billed?

Prommpt charges your credit card for the subscription period you’ve set up in your Team Plan. By default, the subscription period is three months: Team-Rebates apply, when you subscribe for longer terms. You’ll find the Rebates in your Dashboard. If you switch your subscription plan, the new rebate is applied to your plan immediately.

When am I Charged?

You are only charged for activated members in your Teams plan. When you invite a Member, this Member is added to your Teams plan. You can activate and deactivate Team-Members for your team at any time during your subscription.

Where are my Invoices?

You receive your invoices automatically via mail to the mail-address the Team Admin has set up in the dashboard. Beyond that, all your Prommpt invoices are always available in your Team Dashboard. You’ll find them in the left ‘Invoices’ tab.

Does VAT apply to Prommpt invoices?

This depends on where you reside and if you have a VAT-ID when in Europe. For Individual and Corporate users in Germany a VAT rate of 19% applies. For individual and corporate users in EU countries with a VAT-ID, no VAT applies. Outside of these EEU Countries VAT applies.

Where is Prommpt located?

Prommpt SaaS ltd. Zweigniederlassung – is providing these Services from, and is located in Germany, Your data is hosted securely in specialised data-centers in Germany and the European Union.
