1 New block: Create a new block as a group of related cost items.
2 Cost items: Within a block you can create as many cost items as you wish and account against them. Note that you can enter negative numbers in the budget or spent column.
3 New item: Create a new cost item. You can create an accounting entry for every transaction.
4 Totals: See your total budget and spent across all blocks.
